Covid 19 measures

Most of our services can already be booked online. This significantly minimizes the time spent in the ski school office. And to make contact tracing easier all data needed is recorded in the best possible way.

If you still have questions about certain courses, you can, of course, still visit us in our offices during the usual opening hours. Our offices are disinfected daily. A glass wall protects our employees, as well as our guests. Disinfectants are available for free use. However, we ask you to use a mouth-nose protection when entering the ski school offices and to keep a minimum distance of one meter. It would also be important for us that only one person per family enters the office.

Since the meeting points are all centrally located in front of the Sunny Mountain Restaurant, we ask all adults, as well as children over the age of 6, to wear a mouth-nose protection at the group meeting point and while the groups are formed.

During the courses you do not have to wear mouth-nose protection. This is only required on the railways.

If necessary, the start of the different courses will be rescheduled. In this case you will be informed early enough.

In all public indoor areas, as well as at the meeting points of the ski school and as soon as the minimum distance of 1 meter cannot be maintained, we expect our employees and guests older than 6 years to wear a mouth-nose protection, regardless of the legal requirements. We are also concerned about personal responsibility. Please disinfect your hands regularly at the attached disinfection dispensers. All our ski school offices are equipped with glass protection.

The ski races take place on Friday every week. The start intervals will be optimized in order to avoid any congestion in the start and finish areas. All prize distributions will take place outdoors and only within the group.

We give our best for our employees, also when it comes to their safety. This means we give out precise instructions, comply to certain rules of conduct, provide very good accommodation and working conditions and perform free tests at the slightest suspicion.

If you do not feel well or have symptoms of a possible COVID 19 infection (including fever, cough, sore throat, loss of taste/smell), please stay in your accommodation and inform your hosts or contact a doctor. Please do not participate in any course with symptoms.

If, despite all precautions, you suddenly feel unwell or perhaps not a 100% fit, we offer obliging, individual rebooking and cancellation options. Please contact us at least 24 hours before the start of the course by phone at +43 699 10058705.
